We are now looking for an engaged Quality Technician for our operations.

Here, you will have a varied and dynamic role where you combine operational work on the production floor with analysis and improvement projects. You will become a key person in quality work and a natural link between production, engineering, customers, and suppliers.

You are close to the operations, actively participating in daily work, and contributing to quickly identifying, analyzing, and correcting deviations – while also working more long-term on projects and improvement initiatives.

Your main responsibilities:

Analyze and improve

• Investigate deviations and conduct root cause analyses – both practically in production and through data analysis.
• Drive actions and actively contribute to improvement work.

Work with customers and suppliers

• Hold dialogues with customers regarding quality issues and complaints.
• Participate in audits and in quality matters related to projects and changes.

Secure incoming quality

• Inspect and approve incoming materials. Ensure that requirements and specifications are met.

Measure and verify

• Ensure that products meet drawings and requirements, document and analyze measurement results.

Review and act

• Conduct product audits.
• Contribute to rapid actions in case of quality disruptions.

You are

• A person with experience from quality work in manufacturing industry. Experience in customer and supplier quality is a plus.
• Have good knowledge in reading drawings and measurement technology.
• Enjoy a role where you combine practical work with communication and analysis.
• Are structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented.
• Have the ability to work both in an operational flow and in projects.
• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience with quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, or FMEA. Perhaps you have also participated in projects regarding new or changed products.
