About the role of Sales Representative in Relining
As a sales representative at Renoa, you will have an independent and challenging job out in the field, where you drive the entire sales process – from customer acquisition and technical customer meetings to quotes and closing. You report to Jan Lindgren, Team Leader for the sales team in Borlänge, and you will become an important part of our successful team.
Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for generating your own customer meetings
- Schedule and conduct needs analysis and technical site visits using camera equipment
- Prepare quote proposals and sell relining solutions directly to private customers at their homes
- Document and follow up on customer contacts in our CRM system
- Take responsibility for achieving individual, team, and company goals

- Do you master communication and negotiation – and know how to turn objections into opportunities?
- Are you competitive, resilient, and goal-oriented, but also a team player who enjoys achieving success together with others?
Then we might be a match! We would like you to have:
- High school education
- Experience in field sales
- IT skills, preferably within CRM and digital quoting tools
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) (English is a plus)
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
