Short about the role

The role of Property Technician involves being responsible for the daily supervision and maintenance of our properties. The role also includes property maintenance, such as the care of outdoor environments and environmental houses. You are responsible for corrective maintenance, monitoring utility consumption, external maintenance, and carrying out operational optimization measures. As a Property Technician, you are the face of the company, playing a key role in facilitating the daily lives of our tenants.

Your profile

You have either previous experience as a Property Technician or as another type of technician (e.g., in heating, cooling, plumbing, or electrical systems). For us, motivation and long-term commitment are just as important as previous experience. You must also hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked as an employee in a property company, and/or have experience with control and regulation technology. We also appreciate if you have experience using the property management system Vitec, for example, the modules Technical Management and Energy Monitoring.

As a person, you thrive with responsibility, both for the maintenance and condition of the properties and for the well-being of the tenants. You value planning your work, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. Since this role involves frequent contact with our tenants, you should have prior experience in customer service.

You are based in Eslöv, and the work area also includes Höör. You will be part of a cohesive team consisting of property managers, lettings agents, administration staff, and a Property Manager. You report to the Property Manager in Eslöv.

More about the role

In the role of Property Technician with us, you are responsible for both technical work in our properties and ongoing property maintenance. The duties include, among other things:

• Technical work in and around the properties.
• Maintenance of outdoor environments and handling of fault reports.
• Cleaning of stairwells, environmental houses, and common areas.
• Removal of bulky waste and maintenance of lighting.
• Inspections of apartments and handling of move-ins and move-outs.
• Administration.
• Participation in fire safety work and landlord responsibilities.
• Contact with tenants.

The position is a permanent employment preceded by a six-month probation period, starting as agreed.
