About the role

In the role of Project Coordinator, you work as an internal coordinator with close collaboration across several functions within the organization. You receive orders and act as an internal subcontractor in the development of automation machines.

Your responsibilities include developing and ensuring clear and complete specifications, as well as coordinating the work in close dialogue with the project organization and assembly. The role involves significant personal responsibility, and you work largely independently.

You ensure that the machine solutions are well-researched, correctly specified, and adapted to the production process. At the same time, you contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction, both towards internal and external integrators.

Your main tasks

  • Work with internal and external project coordination of automation and furnace products.
  • Act as project manager when selling standalone automation.
  • Specify machines within each product area.
  • Notify cost deviations against preliminary estimates to the project or integrator.
  • Continuously update the specification with adjusted hours and material costs as well as new modules.
  • Prepare quotations for special adaptations to the project or integrator.
  • Act as a knowledge support in new or additional sales.

Requirements

  • Higher education or university degree in logistics, supply chain, mechanics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Broad understanding and competence in mechanics.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

You are meticulous and have a good ability to plan, organize, and follow up on your work. Working with several parallel tasks comes naturally to you, and you are good at prioritizing and keeping track of schedules and deliveries even when the pace is high. Your habit of working in Excel and handling information in a structured way is an important part of this.

As a person, you are driven and results-oriented, with an ambition to move forward and deliver quality in what you do. You have good problem-solving skills and take initiative when you see a need to find solutions or improve working methods. At the same time, you are a team player who collaborates well with others and builds good relationships, both internally and externally.

Information about the employment

  • Salary - Monthly salary. According to agreement.
  • Employment conditions - Full time 100%, daytime.
  • Start date - According to agreement.
