Are you a service-oriented person who loves meeting people, creating memorable experiences, and running both cafés and events with heart and structure? We are now looking for a Café and Event Assistant who wants to be the hub of our operations – responsible for guest interaction, café management, and developing our events.

🧑‍💼 About the role

The role includes:

• Running and staffing the café during opening hours with a focus on quality, service, and guest experience
• Planning, coordinating, and executing events together with the restaurant manager and sales team
• Maintaining order in the café, ensuring good logistics, and actively working with assortment and development
• Conducting site viewings and participating in weekly meetings with the sales department
• Working daytime, evenings, and weekends in connection with booked events

🙋‍♀️ Who are you?

We believe you:

• Have experience from cafés, restaurants, events, or other service-oriented operations
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail
• Have good communication skills and enjoy meeting people
• Have a genuine interest in food, taste, and guest experiences
• Are stress-resistant, positive, and thrive on finding solutions for our guests
• Collaborate easily, communicate well, and take initiative
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English
• Are computer literate and can handle booking systems and the Office package
• Experience in project planning is a merit.
