Job Description
Our Buildings Inspection & Management section in Gothenburg currently consists of 15 engaged employees working with HVAC in existing buildings. At our team, no one does everything – but together we offer holistic solutions for our customers' installation projects.
We work broadly within HVAC, including:
- Measurement and analysis
- Preliminary studies and contract calculations
- Technical project management
- Installation coordination
- Inspection
- Maintenance planning
Are you an experienced HVAC professional who thrives on variety, responsibility, and leadership? Then this might be the role for you!
As Team Lead HVAC, you combine technical work with leading and developing the team. You work operationally in projects yourself while supporting and guiding colleagues.
Your main responsibilities:
- Act as project responsible for HVAC and technical project management
- Drive projects from preliminary studies and early cost estimates to completion
- Coach and support junior colleagues
- Maintain close dialogue with customers and partners
The role does not involve personnel responsibility, but you play a key function in the team's development and delivery.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
- Have 5+ years of experience as an HVAC consultant (case manager/project leader), installation coordinator, or project manager
- Hold a relevant university or civil engineering degree
- Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- Are accustomed to building good relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues
- Drive assignments independently with responsibility for quality and economy
- Hold a valid B driving license
Meritorious:
- Experience with HVAC inspections and balancing.
