Are you a handy problem solver with a sense for service? As a property caretaker with us, you play a key role in creating safe, pleasant, and well-maintained outdoor environments for our tenants. We are now looking for a property caretaker with a focus on outdoor areas and gardening who enjoys variety in daily life and is passionate about providing that little extra – every day!

About the role

The role of property caretaker is social and service-oriented. You should be able to plan your work and maintain good contact with tenants, suppliers, and subcontractors. This role suits you if you enjoy practical outdoor work and like working with the daily maintenance of property outdoor areas. The position also includes social housing work to continuously increase safety and improve our areas.

The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Garden and outdoor maintenance, for example; weed control, hedge trimming, planting, mowing/trimming, cleaning, watering, and general maintenance of planting areas.
• Taking care of the property's common areas such as stairwells, basements, and laundry rooms.
• Supervising seasonal employees during summer/winter. You are responsible for distributing tasks and ensuring the daily operations run smoothly.

Your profile

• Previous experience in property, garden, and green area maintenance.
• Experience from a customer-facing and service-oriented role.
• Fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Pruning skills are a plus.
