We are now looking for a large number of truck drivers with a C license!

Renova is growing and receiving new assignments, so we need to hire more skilled and friendly drivers. Primarily for summer temporary positions, but also with good opportunities for extended employment.

Job Responsibilities

A varied and free-flowing job involving the collection and emptying of waste and materials. You plan your assigned driving routes with consideration for time, environment, and economy, as well as diligence for our customers, and maintain continuous communication with team leaders and traffic control. The job also includes daily supervision and maintenance of the vehicle.

What does a day look like?

• Collection and transport of waste and materials in Gothenburg and surrounding municipalities.
• Scheduled driving with consideration for time, environment, economy, and diligence.
• Communication with team leaders and traffic control.
• Daily supervision and maintenance of the vehicle.

At Renova, we have several different types of vehicles, including:

• Rear-loading vehicles (garbage trucks)
• Swap bodies
• Tipper trucks with lift
• Spray and sludge trucks
• Rear-lift trucks
• Crane trucks

Our bases are located in Gothenburg (Holmen and Säve), Kungälv, and Stenungsund.

Our working hours are mostly during the day, weekdays, but there are also evening and/or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

You need to have:

• C Driver's License
• YKB (Certificate of Professional Competence for drivers)
• Tachograph Card (Driver Card)
• Ability to speak, understand, and write Swedish at an independent level
• Good computer skills
• Good physical condition

For certain vehicles/services, you also need:

• CE License
• ADR (Dangerous Goods)
• Crane License

Who are you?

You are meticulous and work focused on details to ensure high quality in your work. With a positive and solution-oriented attitude, you are service-oriented and ensure that our customers are satisfied. You have good teamwork skills, listen actively, and show respect for others while working towards common goals. Additionally, you are independent and take responsibility for your tasks by making decisions within your assignment and driving the work forward.

Employment Type

We are primarily looking for summer temporary workers (2–5 months), but there is also an opportunity for extension, and even permanent positions in some areas (applies to rear-loading vehicles based in Gothenburg). To work during the summer, you must be available during weeks 26 to 33.
