Alarm Operator for our SOC

SOC (Security Operations Center) – Full-time, Part-time & On-call

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and service-oriented alarm operators for full-time, part-time, and on-call positions. The role involves day, evening, and night shifts at our modern SOC in Kungsholmen. Here, you will become an integral part of a professional team working at the center of action.

Responsibilities

As an alarm operator, you play a key role in our operations and are often the first point of contact during an incident. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling various types of alarms and image verification
• Receiving and registering fault reports
• Making quick and accurate decisions according to established procedures and customer contracts
• Communicating with alarm customers, guards, police, and partners
• Working in multiple systems simultaneously and documenting incidents meticulously

• Is service-oriented and comfortable using the phone as a primary work tool
• Has a professional demeanor and always prioritizes customer safety
• Is self-reliant, stress-resistant, detail-oriented, and punctual
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to contribute to the development of the business
• Has excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
