About the Company
Our production facilities are located in Karlskoga and Filipstad and consist of approximately 85 CNC-controlled machining centers with up to 5 axes. In addition, our facilities are equipped with modern equipment for non-destructive testing and optical measurement. Given today's rapid pace of change, it is natural for us to move forward and develop continuously, while constantly ensuring that we possess the right competence. We continuously challenge ourselves and live in a world where changes are often seen as improvements.
Our customers are on a global market within several segments. We deliver products primarily to the defense industry, but also to various industries in the civilian sector, which places high demands on us as a supplier. This is why we are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Your Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician at PartnerTech Karlskoga AB, you will have a varied and technically challenging daily routine where you play a central role in ensuring the operational safety of our production. You work closely with production and contribute expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving. Together with colleagues in maintenance, production, and engineering, you work both operationally and supportively to ensure that our machines function optimally at every step. Through your work, you create stable processes, high machine availability, and a safe production environment – simply put: you make a difference in the daily work.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Corrective and preventive maintenance – Performing urgent measures on production equipment with sustainable solutions, conducting fault analysis, and ensuring functionality after interventions.
- Testing and optimization – Testing machines after repair or maintenance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the optimization of operations and processes.
- Documentation and spare parts management – Documenting machine status in protocols and maintenance systems, as well as ordering spare parts for fast and cost-effective repairs.
- Collaboration and service – Being a good service partner to our operators and acting as a contact person for external suppliers performing service tasks.
Your Profile

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Workshop technical education or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of reading drawings and assembly
- Experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
