Huddinge Specialistklinik AB is a modern specialist clinic focused on orthodontics. We work in teams with specialist dentists, dental nurses, and orthodontic assistants to offer our patients high-quality care in a safe and professional environment.

The clinic is equipped with modern technology and digital workflows that support efficient and high-quality treatment. We are centrally located near Huddinge Centre and have six fully equipped treatment rooms.

We are in a phase where we continue to strengthen and stabilize our organization, and we are looking for a trained orthodontic assistant who wants to contribute to a well-functioning, structured, and patient-focused practice.

Job Responsibilities

As an orthodontic assistant with us, you will have an important and varied role in the practice. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting specialist dentists in daily clinical work
• Working delegated and independently with tasks such as bonding, debonding, and wire changes according to the dentist's orders
• Coordinating patient flow and contributing to a structured workday
• Performing administrative tasks related to the clinic's operations, e.g., handling referrals

You will become a central part of the team and contribute to creating a professional, safe, and well-organized clinic environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is trained as an orthodontic assistant
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded
• Has good teamwork skills and a professional attitude
• Has strong administrative skills

Experience with Libretto and the medical record system OPUS is a plus.
