We are now looking for developers to work on some of our key projects, where you will have the opportunity to influence Monitor's continued success, with a focus on both technology and user experience.

About the role

We run several software projects in parallel. Depending on which team you belong to, you will either work on our web client, which affects all daily users of Monitor ERP, or on custom solutions. In these custom solutions, we develop unique features in close collaboration with the client to meet their specific needs.

As our new developer, you will hold a central position in our development work. You will help shape the company's future by creating a modern and powerful web client that impacts all daily users of Monitor ERP. We would also appreciate it if you have an interest in UX and user-friendly interfaces where technology and user experience go hand in hand.

As a developer with us, you work with technologies such as Angular, .NET, and agile methodologies.

About the team

Here, you will become part of an engaged team where you collectively take responsibility for the entire development chain, from idea to finished feature, with a focus on quality and user value. We work according to agile methods and have a strong team spirit where we learn from each other and collaborate closely to achieve common goals.

Our two development departments house over 200 employees in Sweden, Poland, and Malaysia. As a developer with us, your role may vary depending on the team's focus – from working on our new web client in a project format, to further developing core functionality in our business system, or creating customer-specific solutions in close dialogue with the end user.

To thrive in the role, you should recognize yourself in the following:

• You have a few years of experience in development within ASP.NET, C#, Java, or similar environments and programming languages.
• You have experience working agile in environments where the focus is on customer benefit and final results.
• Experience with Angular, Blazor, or TypeScript is a plus.
• Your knowledge of Swedish and English is very good.

Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
