Our client is an established company in the industrial sector with operations in the Staffanstorp area. The company is in an exciting phase of development and is now looking for a careful and responsible forklift driver to join their warehouse and logistics team.

Your Responsibilities

As a forklift driver, you will work with the daily handling of goods and materials in the warehouse. Your main tasks will include:

• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods
• Forklift operation and internal material handling
• Order picking and packing
• Receiving and controlling deliveries
• Warehouse management and inventory
• Planning and optimizing goods flows
• Ensuring order and tidiness in the warehouse

The work involves close collaboration with colleagues within the warehouse and logistics team to ensure efficient and safe flows.

Your Background/Qualities

We are looking for you who have experience with forklift operation and thrive in a role where precision and responsibility are crucial for the work to run smoothly.

We would like you to:

• Have previous experience with forklift operation and hold a valid forklift license
• Have experience in warehouse, transport, or logistics work
• Have a good understanding of load meters, load planning, and efficient goods handling
• Be careful, structured, and quality-conscious
• Take responsibility for your work and have a high safety awareness
• Enjoy working both independently and together with others
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English

As a person, you are driven, careful, and solution-oriented. You have a good ability to plan your work. You contribute to a positive work environment and understand the importance of delivering high-quality work.
