Vens Sjötaxi AB is a newly established shipping company offering passenger transport across the Øresund. We operate from Bäckviken on Ven with our Biscaya 29, which accommodates up to 12 passengers. We provide charter services for companies and private individuals seeking flexible, safe, and comfortable transport across the strait.

Responsibilities

As a ship's captain, you are responsible for navigating our taxi boat with safety and service as your primary focus. You welcome our passengers and transport them according to the assignment. After completing a trip, you prepare the boat for the next assignment.

We offer hourly employment, primarily to staff trips to and from Danish harbors.

Qualifications

A minimum of a certificate as a ship's captain class VII is required to serve as master on vessels up to 20 gross tons, carrying up to 12 passengers in coastal waters.

Experience in passenger transport and operating smaller boats is considered an advantage.
