Experienced Forklift Operator Needed for Immediate Start in Malmö

We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and driven forklift operator for a 6-month assignment operating a B2 counterbalance forklift, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will become an important part of the logistics chain, responsible for the safe and efficient handling of goods in warehouse and terminal environments.

The work involves daily lifting and transport tasks with counterbalance forklifts, picking and placing goods in high racking systems, loading and unloading trucks, and contributing to smooth flow management in collaboration with colleagues in distribution. You will work in a fast-paced environment where structure and precision are highly valued – every task impacts delivery precision to our customers.

As a forklift operator, you are expected to perform daily safety checks of the forklift, report any discrepancies, and strictly follow the company's safety routines. You will handle goods of varying characteristics, so you must be able to assess how loads are best secured and work ergonomically to minimize strain.

We value quality in execution; correct labeling, documentation, and scanning of articles, as well as collaboration with other warehouse functions, are central to achieving common goals.

During certain periods, the work may involve a fast pace leading up to delivery peaks, as well as some flexibility regarding overtime if needed. The ideal candidate has experience with counterbalance forklifts and can work independently while communicating effectively within a team.

Technical understanding of forklift functions, experience reading pick lists, and following digital workflows are advantageous. We prioritize safety and are looking for you who have a responsible attitude, good situational awareness, and the ability to maintain a steady work pace during periods of high workload.

Experience and Qualifications

• Valid forklift license for B2 counterbalance forklift
• Previous experience working with counterbalance forklifts, preferably at least 2 years
• Basic knowledge of safety routines for forklift operation and workplace regulations
• Experienced in working with logistics systems
• Physical ability to handle storage and goods handling during workdays
• Knowledge of Swedish (speaking and understanding) and basic English is an advantage
