Our client is located in central Gävle and is an established company operating within the property industry. Therefore, it is an advantage if you have previous experience working with property maintenance, cleaning, or maintenance.

With our client, you will work on providing professional supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance in properties around Gävle. In this role, you will, together with other colleagues but also individually, ensure daily maintenance such as cleaning and all forms of property maintenance.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means that you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a rented consultant with our client. Working hours may vary but are primarily scheduled on weekdays between 07:00 and 16:00. To be eligible for this position, you should be able to work at least approx. 1–2 days per week during upcoming semesters. The schedule is flexible and can to some extent be adapted to exam periods and similar. The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You who apply must be a student or have another employment of at least 50 %.

As a person, you are positive, engaged, and able to work under periods of high workload. Furthermore, you are flexible, responsible, and appreciate working both independently and in a team.
