Malmö Arena is centrally located in the expanding Öresund region of Hyllie. Our operations are broad in nature, catering to various sectors within sports, entertainment, and food. We offer first-class events of all kinds, and with us, you can host conferences, congresses, trade fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and parties.

Malmö Arena hosts a variety of events each season, including shows, sporting events, concerts, and corporate parties. We are now starting our search for new stars who want to work as Team Leaders for the Kiosk during the upcoming season, starting in September 2026. The position is a hourly or seasonal employment at a certain percentage, where working hours vary between weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Immediate start. Salary according to HRF's agreement.

About the role

As a Kiosk Team Leader, you work closely with our Operational Fast Food Manager as well as other supervisors, carrying out tasks in preparation for events.

Logistics, preparations, heavy lifting, high tempo, and operational management at our various events. At Malmö Arena, we organize a multitude of events each season, such as shows, sporting events, concerts, and corporate parties.

In the role of Kiosk Team Leader, you, together with the Operational Fast Food Manager, are responsible for leading and motivating up to 50 employees. The season at Malmö Arena is most intense between August and March.

The work includes the following tasks:

• Restocking drinks, candy, etc.
• Preparing for events, e.g., pouring popcorn, snacks.
• Briefing the fast food staff at meetings before events.
• Ensuring competence among fast food staff, right person in the right place.
• Reviewing the assortment and work equipment in the kiosks to ensure everyone has what they need.
• Checking display areas in the kiosks, freezers, shelves, cash registers, and counters. Before and during events.
• Ensuring we have the right products in the right places and ensuring that date checks are performed regularly on our various items.
• Ensuring all staff have the correct work clothes and shoes.
• Hygiene and cleaning of kiosks/associated storage areas before, during, and after an event.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of work experience, preferably from the restaurant or retail sector.
• Experience in kitchen work.
• Cash register experience.

It is an advantage if you have alternative employment, as our working hours vary depending on events.

You have the ability to juggle many balls in the air and can quickly shift focus without losing track of all tasks that must be handled.
