Your responsibilities

As a machine operator, you are responsible for the operation, monitoring, and simpler adjustments of production equipment. You ensure that production runs according to plan and that manufactured products maintain high quality through continuous checks and documentation. You also participate in material handling and improvement work, contributing to a safe and efficient production. The position involves shift work, so you need to be flexible for 3- or 5-shift schedules.

Your background/Personal qualities

We are looking for you who have upper secondary education, preferably technical, and experience from industry or similar production. Previous experience as a machine operator is an advantage. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a technical interest. You thrive in an environment where quality and structure are important and find it easy to collaborate with others. Good Swedish skills in both speech and writing are required.
