About the role

To meet upcoming demand, we are now looking for assemblers for Aimpoint's production. The start date is planned for the end of August, with ongoing recruitment throughout the autumn.

As an assembler at Aimpoint, you will become part of a modern and high-tech production environment where quality, precision, and teamwork are key. You will work with assembling products according to instructions and processes, contributing to ensuring the highest possible quality throughout the entire manufacturing process.

The work is performed on a 2-shift or night schedule, so we are looking for someone who is available to work both shift forms.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and enjoys practical work where quality and precision are crucial. You have a positive attitude, work in a structured manner, and function well in a team.

We believe you:

• Have experience from production, assembly, or industrial work.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Can follow instructions and work methodically.
• Have an eye for detail and quality.
• Are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment.

Experience with fine assembly or work within manufacturing industry is meritorious, but not a requirement.

We also welcome you if you have a technical interest or a hobby that requires precision, patience, and fine motor skills, such as knitting, crocheting, model building, sewing, crafts, or similar. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Morning Shift

• Monday–Thursday: 06:00–14:20
• Friday: 06:00–12:00

Afternoon Shift

• Monday–Thursday: 14:20–22:40
• Friday: 12:00–18:00
