About the role As an Experienced CNC Operator / Setter on the night shift, you will become an important part of the production and a natural technical resource for the team during the night.

You will primarily work in Prico's modern Mazak machines and be responsible for ensuring that production runs according to plan with the right quality and efficiency. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you monitor production, perform quality controls, and support colleagues with technical challenges.

Main responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC machines, primarily Mazak.
• Ensure efficient production flow during the night shift.
• Handle multiple machines in parallel.
• Perform measurements and quality controls.
• Work with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
• Interpret drawings and ensure parts are manufactured according to requirements.
• Report deviations, disruptions, and suggestions for improvement.
• Provide technical support to other colleagues in the team.
• Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure stable production.

Working hours are scheduled for the night shift, Monday to Friday morning, 22:30–07:00.

We are looking for you who We are looking for someone with several years of experience in CNC machining and who feels confident working independently with both production and setting. You have good technical understanding, are accustomed to reading drawings, and have a well-developed quality mindset where attention to detail is a natural part of the work.

To succeed in the role, you need to be comfortable handling measuring equipment and performing quality controls to ensure that products meet high requirements. You enjoy taking responsibility, solving problems as they arise, and contributing to efficient production flow during the night shift.

You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and other functions within the company. Experience with Mazak machines, Mazatrol, or knowledge of form and position tolerances is considered an advantage.
