In the role of Sales-oriented Alarm Installer, you work with installation, service, and upgrades with a focus on upselling. You will become part of a cohesive team, work independently in the field, and base your work from home with freedom under responsibility.

In the role of Sales-oriented Alarm Installer, you will:

• Install and service home alarms and security solutions
• Conduct needs analysis and create customer-specific solutions
• Work with upselling in every customer meeting
• Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction
• Be responsible for the entire customer experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education
• Has previous experience in customer service
• Has an eye for technology and problem-solving
• Is self-motivated and accustomed to structuring their work
• Is goal-oriented and driven by working towards set goals
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
