Nurse/District Nurse at Bra Liv Gislaved Health Centre
Are you ready for a new challenge and want to contribute to the best possible health for the residents? Then we are looking for you for a permanent position as a Nurse/District Nurse at Bra Liv Gislaved Health Centre!
The Role of Nurse/District Nurse
You will enjoy a varied, stimulating, and diverse job with standard tasks at a health centre. You will work Monday – Friday with some on-call duties during evenings and weekends.
The position is a permanent full-time employment. Start date according to agreement and degree of employment can be discussed.
Your Future Workplace
Gislaved Health Centre, with branches in Anderstorp and Hestra, is part of Vårdcentralerna Bra Liv, which is the region-driven primary care within Jönköping County. Our goal is "Better health for all", which we achieve by showing care, thinking holistically, and creating quality. Gislaved Health Centre has approximately 13,000 registered patients, and we are approximately 65 employees within different professions. Our work is characterized by teamwork based on patient needs.
Your Profile
- You are a licensed nurse.
- You can work independently and in collaboration with various professional groups.
- You are engaged and responsible and understand the importance of good patient interaction.
- You are flexible and want to develop and improve the operations together with us.
- You absorb new knowledge and can serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues.
- You can adapt your work, interaction, and approach based on the patient and situation.
We prefer that you have experience with telephone advice in Tele Q, reception work, and primary care experience. Experience of diabetes care and digital healthcare experience is meritorious but not a requirement.
