What will you do this autumn? Do you want to become our next Digital Production Manager at Svenska Spel Tur? Here you will become a key player within Media Management & Performance Marketing, where you coordinate the production and delivery of materials for our digital campaigns. Together with the team, you ensure that our advertising material is of the highest quality, from idea to delivery.

What will you do? As a Digital Production Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the material production for our purchased campaigns and always-on activities runs smoothly and according to plan. You ensure that messages and materials maintain the highest quality, adhere to marketing guidelines, and strengthen our brands.

As a Digital Production Manager, you become the hub between strategy, production, and media buying. You ensure that our campaigns reach the market with the right message, in the right format, and at the right time. The role is central to creating efficient campaigns and freeing up time for our media specialists to focus on optimization, analysis, and development.

This involves close collaboration with internal teams, Brand Managers, the Media Manager for Tur, Designers, and buying specialists, as well as external production agencies, advertising agencies, and media agencies.

You will:

  • Lead the collaboration regarding delivery and deadlines for advertising material with external agencies, production partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure that our campaigns follow guidelines for marketing, responsible gaming, and brand
  • Ensure correct tracking and quality assurance of advertising material
  • Actively participate in campaign coordination forums and contribute to the development of our work regarding material handling and deliveries
  • Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and routines for the production, quality assurance, and distribution of marketing materials
  • Drive and coordinate several parallel projects simultaneously, in close collaboration with many internal contacts

Are you the one who will do it? You are a structured, quality-conscious, and solution-focused person who thrives in a dynamic role with many contacts. You are good at prioritizing, organizing, and driving several projects in parallel, while also enjoying building relationships and developing smart working methods.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to:

• Have experience in digital campaign production, Ad Operations, Traffic Management, or similar areas
• Feel comfortable in ad platforms and have an understanding of how digital campaigns are set up, delivered, and quality assured
• Have experience in marketing and media buying
• Be accustomed to working as a client and requirement setter towards external partners
• Thrive in handling several parallel projects and many contacts simultaneously
• Have an eye for quality and are driven by creating efficient processes and working methods

It is an advantage if you have experience with platforms such as Adform, DV360, and Meta Business Manager.
