Music Host / Karaoke Host / DJ for Bistro Borgen in Visby

Do you love music, people, and creating a great atmosphere? Do you thrive behind the microphone, the playlist, or the karaoke machine? Then you might be our next music host at Bistro Borgen.

We are looking for someone who wants to work 2–4 evenings per month and help create memorable nights for our guests. At our place, karaoke is a guaranteed success, and music is a huge part of the experience. As a music host, you are responsible for reading the audience, keeping the energy up, and creating the right vibe throughout the evening.

You don't need to be a professional DJ – the most important thing is that you like music, are social, and feel comfortable being in the spotlight. We value personality, energy, and a service-oriented mindset more than extensive experience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in music
• Enjoys entertaining and being the center of attention
• Is social, service-oriented, and responsible
• Enjoys working evenings and weekends
• Can create a warm, fun, and welcoming atmosphere

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the music and atmosphere during the evening
• Host karaoke sessions and help guests get started
• Read the audience and adapt the music to the mood
• Be part of the experience and contribute to a wonderful evening for our guests

About the Position

• 2–4 evenings per month
• Primarily Friday and Saturday evenings
• Salary based on agreement

About Bistro Borgen

Bistro Borgen is a popular bistro-pub located just inside the East Gate in Visby's city center. Here, good food, games, and a cozy atmosphere meet under one roof. We serve burgers, pizza, quesadillas, and vegetarian dishes – all prepared with a focus on quality and comfort. Guests can play billiards and shuffleboard, and every weekend the restaurant transforms into a lively music bar with karaoke and a festive atmosphere.
