We at Svensk Fastighetsförmedling in Västerås and Örebro are now looking for a photographer and content creator who wants to become part of our team. As Sweden's largest independent brokerage chain, we have high demands on quality, service, and customer experience – and we are looking for you who want to help create that little extra in every property transaction.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a photographer with us, you will work with both offices in Västerås and Örebro and become an important part of the team. You will photograph everything from apartments and villas to farms and holiday homes. You are also responsible for editing material for our property listings, while simultaneously driving and developing our content on social media.

Evening work may occur as needed. The desired start date for the position is after the summer, and we are looking for you who want to join our team as a permanent employee.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is creative, self-motivated, and proactive, and who thrives in a role with a high pace and great variety. You have an interest in aesthetics, color, form, and interior design, and are skilled with social media. You are service-oriented, enjoy meeting new people, and feel comfortable in a sales-oriented environment where the customer experience is the focus.

It is an advantage if you live in places like Arboga or Köping, close to both offices, but the most important thing is that you are aware of and prepared for the travel between Västerås and Örebro.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

A few years of experience as a photographer
Good knowledge of image editing and social media
Your own camera equipment
A B-driver's license and your own car
Fluent Swedish skills, both spoken and written

We consider it meritorious if you have experience with property photography, both houses and apartments.
