SweHatch is a key part of Scandi Standard, one of Europe's leading chicken producers, with operations in several countries and a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and innovation. SweHatch comprises both animal production and hatching activities, playing a central role in the value chain behind Kronfågel. At SweHatch, you become part of an operation where engagement, collaboration, and development are at the center.

About the Role

We are currently strengthening our biological expertise and are looking for a Production Support professional who wants to contribute to the development of our operations. In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external contacts, enjoying a varied daily routine with significant personal responsibility.

Your main responsibilities include production advisory services through visits to our facilities, as well as mentoring and training both internal and external staff. You will contribute knowledge, support, and development in areas concerning production, animal husbandry, housing environment, and technology.

The position involves regular travel, primarily within Sweden but also internationally. Travel accounts for approximately 50 percent of working time.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in animal husbandry and animal production who wishes to further develop within this field. You likely have an agricultural education, such as a degree in agriculture, agronomy, or equivalent, and preferably practical experience from related operations. Basic knowledge of poultry is an advantage but not a requirement – at SweHatch, you will receive comprehensive internal training.

To thrive in this role, we see that you are curious, engaged, and confident in building good relationships. You work in a structured manner, collaborate well with others, and have the ability to plan and organize your work efficiently. You are also analytical and quality-conscious, with a willingness to contribute to continuous improvements.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required as the position involves travel.

Why SweHatch?

At SweHatch, you get the best of both worlds – the closeness and flexibility of a smaller company, combined with the opportunities and strength of a larger corporation. You will also become part of Scandi Standard, the leading manufacturer of innovative and responsibly produced chicken products in the Nordic countries and Ireland. The Scandi Standard group has approximately 4,000 employees distributed across Kronfågel in Sweden, Naapurin Maalaiskana in Finland, Danpo in Denmark, Den Stolte Hane in Norway, and Manor Farm in Ireland. We also have operations in Lithuania and the Netherlands. All employees within Scandi Standard contribute in various ways to enable us to serve around one billion delicious meals per year.

We offer a role with great variety, independence, and the opportunity to make an impact. Here, you become an important part of an operation with short decision-making paths, high competence, and a strong focus on quality, innovation, and sustainable development.

Location: Flyinge

We conduct ongoing selection and interviews, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
