Assignment Description

We are seeking an Automation Engineer.

What You Will Work On

• Troubleshoot and analyze automation systems with a strong focus on root cause analysis (RCA).
• Perform advanced debugging of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Program, configure, and maintain automation platforms and control systems.
• Work with SCADA systems, HMI applications, and industrial data historians.
• Ensure high system availability, reliability, and operational performance.
• Drive improvements related to OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
• Manage change controls, deviations, and validation activities in regulated environments.
• Support production and maintenance teams with technical expertise.
• Participate in automation projects involving new and existing systems.
• Contribute to system design, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

• Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA platforms.
• Experience with industrial data management and historian systems.
• Good understanding of automation system architecture and integration.
• Experience working in manufacturing or process industries.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Structured and quality-focused working style.
• Fluent English communication skills.
