About the Role

We are looking for a warehouse worker with good knowledge of Asian food products to strengthen our team. The role involves responsibility for the receipt and dispatch of Asian groceries, as well as daily contact with our suppliers in China.

Since a large part of the work involves communication with Chinese suppliers and coordination of international transport, it is an absolute requirement that you speak, read, and write fluent Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming and outgoing deliveries of Asian food products.
• Receiving, checking, and registering goods.
• Picking, packing, and warehouse management.
• Inventory and quality control of products.
• Daily contact with suppliers in China in Mandarin.
• Coordination and follow-up of international transport and deliveries.
• Handling freight documents, customs-related paperwork, and delivery administration.
• Ensuring that warehouse and logistics processes function efficiently and correctly.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English.
• Previous experience in warehouse work, logistics, or transport coordination.
• Documented experience and good knowledge of Asian food products.
• Experience communicating with suppliers and handling purchasing or logistics-related issues.
• Good computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift license.
• Experience with import and international logistics.
• Experience working in the food industry.
