What does a Freight Forwarding Trainee do?

As a Freight Forwarding Trainee, you participate in an apprenticeship program where you alternate between studies and work. During this education, you will get a broad introduction to the company and its various departments. You will get the opportunity to learn about different aspects of freight forwarding, including logistics, transport planning, customs handling, documentation, and customer service. Your knowledge will grow continuously, and over time you will be assigned increased areas of responsibility as you develop.

The majority of your education will take place at our local office in Landskrona.

11 weeks of the total education period of 2 years and 3 months are conducted at Roskilde Business College just outside Copenhagen.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have graduated from a university-preparatory high school program, and have good language skills in Swedish and English.

For us, it is important that you are serious and committed to an education that requires engagement and a desire for development. As a person, you thrive in a varied daily life with many different tasks. You have a strong team spirit and are curious to learn new things, but you also understand that routine tasks are part of everyday life. You take responsibility and initiative and have a focus on your education where we have mutual expectations.

The target group is primarily people between 19-25 years old.

Good to know

During the entire education, you will receive a salary from DACHSER, the salary is set according to the Danish collective agreement. We cover all travel to and from Copenhagen including overnight stays, and you get 25 days of paid vacation.

The education starts in September 2026 and lasts for a total of 2 years and 3 months. All teaching and educational materials are in Danish.
