This position is a direct hire, which means the recruitment process takes place through Bravura, and you are employed directly by the company.

In the role of Warehouse and Logistics Associate, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of materials and orders between production, warehouse, and delivery. You work closely with production and contribute to handling goods correctly from receipt to final delivery to the customer.

You play a key role in ensuring that the right products are in the right place at the right time. The work involves both operational tasks in warehouse management and responsibility for creating structure and order in the warehouse. As needed, you also support production in various manufacturing processes. The role also includes contributing to improvements in working methods and maintaining routines related to quality and environment.

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries

• Receive, check, and register incoming deliveries in the business system

• Organize the warehouse, ensuring materials are placed correctly and work areas remain structured

• Book transport and ensure correct labeling and documentation of deliveries

• Support production as needed in manufacturing and other tasks

• Experience working in warehouse and logistics

• Valid forklift license

• Valid driver's license (Category B)

• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365

• Advantageous with experience in production-adjacent work and business systems

To succeed in this role, you take responsibility for your work and follow up to ensure tasks are completed correctly. You work in a structured manner and ensure order around you, allowing you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing quality. You collaborate naturally with other functions and contribute to a smooth flow between the warehouse and production. When something is not working, you notice it and escalate it in a timely manner. The role also requires you to adapt to changing business needs and find solutions when conditions vary.
