Aura Personal is now looking for a Scheduler for our client – one of Sweden's largest automotive retailers. This is an opportunity for you who thrive in a coordinating role and want to become part of a modern workshop with high service standards and a great team spirit.

As a Scheduler, you are responsible for creating structure and flow in the workshop operations. You become the hub between customer reception, technicians, and management – and play a crucial role in daily operations.

About the role:

In this position, you have overall responsibility for planning and scheduling the workshop workflow. You ensure that the right jobs are done at the right time and that both customers and technicians have an efficient and smooth experience.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Plan and optimize workshop capacity
• Maintain daily contact with customer reception, technicians, and suppliers
• Monitor key figures, reschedule appointments, and handle changes
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction through structure and communication

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in scheduling within the automotive industry or similar
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded
• Is computer literate – preferably with experience of workshop systems such as Cabas or Kobra
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
• Holds a valid driver's license (Category B)

The position is full-time with immediate start or as agreed. Fixed salary applies.
