Working at a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and busy, all while we have fun together! At the checkout, among the shelves, and in the middle of our campaigns, you are the one creating the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure the store looks tidy, well-stocked, and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right curtain, the next day you reorganize an entire department. No two days are alike – and we love that!

You don't need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! But we believe you:

• Enjoy talking to people and making their day a little better
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and solve problems with a "I'll handle it!" attitude
• Are available to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
• Spread positive energy and want to grow with us
