In the role of Care Assistant, you provide care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with official decisions, always with a strong focus on quality. Your tasks may include helping with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and providing social companionship. Social interaction is a crucial part of our work, ensuring everyone can live life to the fullest. This can range from conversation, playing games, going on outings, or finding fun activities to do together. You also perform delegated tasks from licensed personnel, such as medication administration and exercise guidance.

Job Description

To be considered for this position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) as a Care Assistant
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• A valid B-class driver's license or the ability to cycle

Previous experience in home care is considered an asset.

To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while being skilled at building good relationships and maintaining a service-oriented mindset. We work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in both environments.

Before we offer employment, you will be required to show an unopened extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
