Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher with us, you will:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching according to Montessori pedagogy and the curriculum (Lpfö 18).
• Create a safe, inspiring, and developmental learning environment for the children.
• Observe and document the children's learning processes.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and guardians.
• Contribute to the development of the operation and our pedagogical approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified preschool teacher.
• Has an interest in or experience with Montessori pedagogy.
• Is engaged, responsible, and has a warm approach.
• Has good collaboration skills and wants to work in a small, secure team.
• Wants to contribute to a positive and creative preschool environment.
