About the assignment

In this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant through Bemannia and hired out to MediCarrier, Region Stockholm's logistics partner for healthcare materials. This assignment is suitable for you who are looking for a rewarding part-time job on an as-needed basis, where you can step in when the operations need reinforcement. You need to be available 2 weekdays per week.

The work is on an as-needed basis, and working hours are scheduled Monday–Friday, including public holidays that fall in the middle of the week. Shifts are scheduled between 06:15 - 22:45. There is an opportunity to work both single shifts and longer periods depending on needs and your availability.

Your responsibilities

You will work in the warehouse picking and packing healthcare materials for healthcare operations. Job rotation occurs between the warehouse's different departments. The work is performed using:

• Picking truck (A1)
• Voice-directed picking for an efficient and quality-assured workflow

The work requires high focus and great accuracy, as well as adherence to established safety and work routines.

It is fundamental that you work ergonomically correctly based on the instructions you receive during induction and that each workstation is left in good condition.

You work towards set goals and tight deadlines, both independently and in close collaboration with your shift team to achieve common results together.

Your qualifications

• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written (able to understand and work according to written instructions)
• High school diploma
• Truck training according to TLP10 (able to present a truck license)
• Documented experience with truck A1–B4 (verified during selection)
• Experience in warehouse work and truck driving (Picking truck)
• Work experience with Voice-directed picking
• Work safely with a focus on safety aspects and good working environment
• Available for work 2 weekdays per week
