We are now looking for a Spare Parts and Accessories Manager for Strada Motors in Täby.
This is not the job for you if you want to manage ready-made processes in a large organization.
This is the job for you if you like order, responsibility, business, and getting things to work.
Here, you will have a key role in the operations. You are responsible for ensuring the workshop receives the right parts at the right time, that the warehouse functions properly, and that we develop a profitable business around spare parts and accessories.
We believe this area has much greater potential than what we utilize today. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to build this up together with us.
About Strada
Strada Motors are specialists in pickups, transport vehicles, and American vehicles. We are an authorized dealer and workshop for RAM, Dodge, Isuzu, and Iveco, and have been working with sales, service, spare parts, and accessories since 1982.
We are an owner-led company with approximately 15 employees in Täby.
Here, decision-making paths are short and the pace is high. We believe in responsibility, engagement, and that skilled people should have the opportunity to influence the operations for real.
We also dare to claim that we have one of the industry's most competent teams when it comes to pickups, transport vehicles, and American vehicles.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the entire flow regarding spare parts and accessories.
The work includes, among other things:
- Ensuring our mechanics always have the right parts at the right time
- Planning and executing orders for spare parts and accessories
- Receiving deliveries and managing inventory
- Conducting inventory and developing warehouse structure
- Supplying the workshop with parts and materials
- Assisting our vehicle sales team with calculations, prices, and delivery times
- Selling spare parts and accessories to workshops, body shops, and corporate customers
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Negotiating with suppliers together with the workshop manager and leadership
- Approving supplier invoices
- Answering the phone and helping customers directly
- Developing routines, working methods, and processes
This is an operational role where you are expected to be involved in the daily work while driving development forward.
Who are you?
We believe you have experience with spare parts, workshops, warehousing, or technical sales.

- Comfortable talking with customers and suppliers
You like things to happen and thrive in an environment where you sometimes have to create the structure yourself instead of following a ready-made manual.
A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
