Logistics Coordinator for Warehouse Operations in Kungsängen

We at Simplex are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator for one of our clients in Kungsängen. This role suits you if you are structured, responsible, and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you play a central role in daily warehouse operations, focusing on inbound deliveries and goods flow. You are responsible for receiving and handling incoming goods correctly, checking deliveries against documentation, and registering relevant information in the business system.

The work involves both administrative and operational tasks, requiring good planning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a high-tempo environment. You will collaborate closely with warehouse colleagues and other functions to ensure an efficient flow throughout the operation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and handle incoming deliveries.
• Check goods and delivery documentation.
• Register articles and delivery information in the business system.
• Ensure that goods are placed and handled according to current procedures.
• Operate a reach truck when needed in connection with warehouse and inbound work.
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient warehouse flow.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and accustomed to taking responsibility for their work. You thrive in a role that combines administration with practical warehouse work and can keep order even when the workload is high.

You have previous experience from warehouse or logistics operations and feel confident working independently. Experience with order processing or working in business systems is an advantage.

Experience with both inbound deliveries and reach trucks is required for this position.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Truck license A+B.
• Documented experience with reach trucks.
• Experience with inbound deliveries, outbound deliveries, or similar warehouse work.
• Good ability to plan and structure your work.
• Experience working independently.

Advantageous

• Category B driver's license.

Other Information

• Working hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30, Friday 07:00–15:00.
• Location: Kungsängen.
• Start: Immediately or as agreed.
• Scope: Full-time.
