We are now looking for a service-oriented, structured, and experienced Head Waiter/Manager for our popular restaurant on Furusund.

Start date: Immediately or as agreed

Working hours: Full-time or part-time, flexible setup

About us:

In the northern part of the Stockholm archipelago, you will find our well-established restaurant with 140 seats, as well as our boutique hotel with 16 sea-view rooms and a relaxation area.

Summer is here, and we need reinforcement from an experienced, structured, and service-oriented Head Waiter/Manager.

We believe you:

• Have previous experience in a similar position.
• Love giving service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Possess good knowledge of food and drink.
• Are a good team player.
• Can lead your team and ensure they follow our working methods.
• Enjoy working actively in service.
• Are solution-focused and unpretentious.
• Speak both Swedish and English fluently.
• Have experience working with booking and cash register systems such as Trivec and Waiteraid.
• Appreciate being in nature and see it as an added value to work out on Furusund.

Sommelier education is an advantage but not a requirement.

Our business changes focus depending on the season but is open year-round. During the summer months, we are open daily with a high pace and quick turnarounds.

Your working hours are scheduled for both daytime and evening. Possibility of overnight stay is available.
