We are looking for someone who can start their introduction immediately and receive a schedule for June–August.

About the role

As a Care Assistant at Attendo, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support. Creating a positive and social atmosphere is a major part of your role, as is contributing with activities that brighten up the daily lives of our elderly residents.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Personal care according to company routines, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes.
• Assisting with meals (preparing, cooking, and serving), cleaning, laundry, and other necessary tasks.
• Documentation and working according to decided interventions.
• Collaborating with external and internal contacts, such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills/computer literacy.
• Class B Driver's License.
• Commitment and willingness to help other people.

Merits:

• Experience from care work in elderly care/home help services.
• Experience with delegation.
