About the role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting until the turn of the year. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

💼 Responsibilities

In this role, you work operationally with traffic control for international break-bulk cargo, ensuring that transports are carried out smoothly and efficiently between different countries. The business is under development, meaning you will become part of a dynamic environment where working methods and structures are gradually being formed. The role is therefore both broad and changing, with the opportunity to influence and develop the work over time.

You are responsible for planning and coordinating shipments and ensuring that goods are picked up according to plan. The work involves daily contact with partner countries and internal functions, including domestic traffic, where you, together with colleagues, ensure that the entire transport flow works from start to finish. A large part of the role also consists of administrative work, such as exception handling, follow-up of deliveries, and tracking of goods.

The pace is sometimes high and the tasks vary, which requires that you can prioritize and make decisions in a changing flow. The role is adapted to your experience – you can start with parts of the process and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop in the role.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in administrative or customer-oriented work
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer and system proficiency

Meritorious:

• Experience working in forwarding or transport
• Post-secondary education in logistics or forwarding
• Previous work in an international environment
