About the role

We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a retail assistant for part-time work in Jönköping. This position is ideal for students, individuals with another primary occupation, or those seeking flexible work alongside their main commitments.

You will become part of a dedicated team where service, collaboration, and a positive attitude are at the forefront. The role offers varied tasks and the opportunity to work extra shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Tasks may vary but include, among others:

• Providing customers with a friendly and professional welcome
• Assisting customers with questions and guidance in the store
• Handling product picking and restocking
• Operating the cash register and processing payments
• Ensuring the store is well-organized and inviting
• Receiving deliveries and performing basic warehouse tasks
• Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive customer experience

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has another primary occupation, such as studies or part-time employment
• Is service-oriented and enjoys customer interaction
• Has a positive attitude and good teamwork skills
• Is flexible and available to work as needed
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks

Previous experience is not a requirement – we place great emphasis on your attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service work
• Cash register experience
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Experience in warehouse or inventory management

About the employment

• Part-time work on an as-needed basis
• Location in Jönköping
• Working hours primarily evenings, weekends, and during peak times
• Start date according to agreement
