About the Position

We are now looking for assistant nurses/care staff for the Home Care service in Jokkmokk. There are 5 positions available.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities as an assistant nurse/care staff member include providing a good quality of life for our users based on a person-centered approach. The work mainly consists of care and nursing tasks, as well as providing social support and guidance.

Service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping are also performed. Working hours are flexible based on the needs of the operation and your preferences. Our operations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• Assistant nurse education or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• Positive, engaged, and responsible person with good empathetic skills.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are important parts of the job.
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others in the team.
• Familiarity with digital technology and computer use for documentation. We use the operation system Pulsen Combine.
• Category B driver's license is required.

What We Offer

Permanent employment with flexible working hours adapted to the needs of the operation. The salary range for this position is between 25,000 – 30,000 SEK/month for full-time work. We apply individual salary setting based on your experience and competence.
