What does a role as a mobile consultant entail?

As a consultant in Perido's substitute pool, you work part-time as needed and are contacted when assignments arise with our clients. The role is suitable for you if you have another primary occupation, such as studies, part-time work, or retirement. Assignments may involve quick start-ups with short notice, so we appreciate that you are flexible and an early riser.

During the periods May 4–15 and June 24–July 24, there is a planned full-time need (Mon–Fri 08:00–16:30) with a client in Upplands Väsby. We would prefer that you live in the local area or have good transport connections there, so you can also step in as needed for the client outside of these periods.

What will your workdays look like?

The tasks you are responsible for will vary depending on which company or authority is involved. However, in general, it involves everyday maintenance tasks such as:

• Collecting and distributing mail, as well as unpacking materials and shipments
• Picking up and receiving goods and packages
• Assisting with moving and furnishing (some heavier lifting)
• Preparing premises and equipment for meetings and conferences
• Maintaining services for equipment such as photocopiers
• Handling printing and distribution of mass publications, as well as storing reports or course materials
• Conducting troubleshooting regarding the building, reporting and following up on faults together with the property owner/building caretaker
• Checking access control and receiving visitors

Who are you?

Working as a handyman requires orderliness, lack of pretension, as well as initiative and teamwork skills. We believe that you, applying for this position, have some experience in the profession, understand what the role entails, and enjoy the work. You are likely a jack-of-all-trades who is practical-minded and enjoys physical work where you don't need to sit still for long periods. You are meticulous, flexible, and proactive. It is important that you have personal drive, are motivated, and engaged to be able to do a really good job!

Qualifications:

• Six (6) months of work experience as a handyman
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Preferred qualifications:

• Longer experience in building maintenance and internal services

Scope and start date

Permanent employment with Perido with a 6-month probation period. Start date as soon as possible.
