Do you want to work both at the clinic and in home care?
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and want to work close to the patients – both at the clinic and in home care. You will get a varied position where you meet patients of all ages and contribute to safe and accessible care.
We offer
Hallbergens Primary Health Care Center is a growing clinic with approximately 7,200 registered patients. We are a warm and driven work group, and you will become part of a team of nurses, doctors, psychologists, and rehabilitation coordinators. The clinic is located in newly renovated premises close to both the subway and the bus.

Job Description
You work with common tasks for a clinic nurse:
- own clinic sessions
- telephone advice and assessment
- triage and follow-up
In home care, you conduct planned and unplanned home visits, provide nursing care and follow-up at home, and collaborate with relatives and other care and social service providers. The work requires broad competence and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse
- Experience as a nurse
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Advantageous is experience of primary care and/or home care as well as work with patients with multiple chronic diseases. You need to have good computer skills.
Personal qualities:
You thrive with varied tasks and are comfortable working independently and making your own decisions. You have good teamwork skills, take initiative, and enjoy working in a team. You are interested in the development of primary care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Employment type:
Temporary position until the end of April 2027. Full time 100%. Start date by agreement.

The position is subject to the condition that it does not need to be taken for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.
For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Council's healthcare area:
- a register check is applied before a decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
