Are you a nurse looking for varied work at a pleasant workplace with dedicated managers and colleagues? We are now seeking temporary nurses for the summer at Hallen and Skoga Senior Centers.

What does the role involve?

As a nurse at Hallen and Skoga, you are responsible for the care of residents and collaborate closely with the care staff, whom you lead during night shifts, ensuring patient safety and person-centered care. You work closely with the unit manager, doctors, and paramedical staff. While you have access to other nursing colleagues, you will work alongside other care personnel during your shifts. At the start of your employment, you will be offered a mentor. We use LifeCare HSL for documentation.

At the beginning of each shift, you participate in a handover report with other nurses to ensure a smooth transfer of information regarding events during the shift.

Care and support in Solna are provided based on a salutogenic approach. We therefore look for candidates who share our vision of focusing on factors that create meaning and coherence for our residents.

Who are we looking for?

You are a licensed nurse. Experience or further education in geriatric care or elderly care is an advantage. Since the role requires oral and written reporting and documentation, you must have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.

You thrive in a role with significant responsibility and are confident in your professional role. You have a respectful attitude, good teamwork skills, and the ability to lead others. You work independently, structure and plan your work efficiently, and place great importance on delivering high-quality work.
