We are a restaurant and bar with a Swedish concept, opened in March 2016. Everything served here has a Swedish connection. We specialize in beer, sourcing from small Swedish microbreweries.

We serve classic, authentic Swedish home cooking that is always appreciated by both young and old – from fried pork with potato pancakes to homemade meatballs with mashed potatoes, and of course, a classic Biff Rydberg.

The restaurant is centrally located at Medborgarplatsen. We are open weekdays from 15:00 to 23:00, and on weekends from 15:00 to 01:00.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced waiter or waitress who can serve food and drinks with a twinkle in their eye and a smile on their face. We offer both full-time and part-time positions. As we currently have many male employees, we particularly welcome female applicants.

During busy periods with high pressure and many guests, it is important that you are stress-resistant and have at least two years of serving experience, preferably in a pub or restaurant environment. You should be accustomed to carrying trays with drinks.

You must be able to speak and understand both Swedish and English to provide good service to our guests.

Employment Terms

The position is available as full-time or part-time. Working hours are in the evenings and on weekends after 15:00. Salary is paid according to the collective agreement.
