As a Production Leader, you lead the daily work in the control area and actively work to develop, streamline, standardize, and ensure the quality of operations.

Your Profile

As a Production Leader, your leadership is characterized by creating good conditions for the organization to take its own responsibility for quality-assured and efficient deliveries, with high customer satisfaction as a clear goal. The role requires that you have the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks simultaneously and act as a natural hub in the network, coordinating resources, priorities, and communication to ensure a smooth and successful way of working.

As a leader, you are clear, engaged, and keen on developing the business and your employees.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in production

• Basic knowledge in manufacturing and further experience regarding manufacturing and the application of quality systems and standards

• Previous leadership experience and experience working in a management group

To succeed in the role, you should have high drive, be meticulous, have good collaboration skills, and be a team player who works proactively to facilitate things for yourself and your colleagues. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities and experience.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
