💼 Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for the administration of transport bookings. The work is primarily conducted via email, with some telephone contact. You handle bookings by registering and confirming them in the company's systems and administrative tools, ensuring everything is managed correctly and efficiently. A key part of the job is answering customer inquiries regarding delivery times and transport-related matters. You also maintain regular contact with internal colleagues to coordinate and optimize the booking process.

This position is ideal for you if you enjoy administrative work, have a keen eye for detail, and want to contribute to a smooth and structured transport process.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Good computer skills
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Customer service experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role or interest in the logistics industry is a plus
