Höganäs Kakel has been present in Sweden since 1886 and proudly carries its long heritage in building ceramics. Today, CC Höganäs Byggkeramik AB is part of Ricchetti Group, one of Europe's leading groups in building ceramics with its own manufacturing in Italy and Portugal.

The company has approximately 85 employees and is represented in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, and Malmö, with Uppsala as the next establishment.

About the role

As retail staff at Höganäs Kakel, you work in a varied and flexible role where you combine customer service and sales with practical warehouse work. You are based in a store but will also be able to support in Bromma, Årsta, and Lenna when needed.

Working hours vary between 06:30–15:30 and 09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of picking up shifts on some Saturdays. The position is at least 50% and is a staffing solution with the possibility of more hours and, in the long term, permanent employment for the right person.

You will become part of a team with engaged colleagues and an active store manager who is communicative, structured, and solution-oriented. Order and structure, cooperation, and a positive work climate are valued here.

Job responsibilities

• Active customer contact and sales in the store
• Needs analysis and advice regarding products
• Order handling and simpler administration
• Goods receipt and warehouse work
• Forklift operation
• Cooperation with colleagues to ensure an efficient store and warehouse flow

We are looking for you who

• Have experience from construction, warehouse, retail, or sales
• Have a forklift license
• Have a B-driver's license or moped license
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Are social, driven, and flexible
• Thrive in a role where you get to combine service and practical work

It is an advantage if you have experience from, for example, a hardware store or retail within the construction sector, are multilingual, or have good knowledge of Office/Excel.
