About the Psychiatric Specialist Clinic for Young Adults
The Psychiatric Specialist Clinic for Young Adults is a clinic that works across diagnoses with the assessment and treatment of young adults aged 18–23. We work based on regional care programs with a broad perspective. Collaboration with family, relatives, as well as care partners, social services, job centers for young adults, and city districts is of great importance.
The clinic is located at Globen. The clinic is HBTQI-certified. We are organized into several multiprofessional treatment teams consisting of doctors, psychologists, nurses, administrators, counselors, occupational therapists, care assistants, and rehabilitation coordinators. Our clinics offer a broad and varied range of care with different treatment methods.
Your work as a specialist physician/consultant physician
As a specialist physician/consultant physician with us, you are offered a varied and stimulating job. You perform assessments and investigations and are responsible for care and treatment. You collaborate with colleagues, care partners, and other actors and work based on the individual patient's needs. You actively contribute to the development of the clinic. Documentation takes place in the journal system Take Care.
Our expectations of you
You have excellent collaboration skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge. You have an interest in development issues and in actively contributing to the development of the operations. You are flexible in your working methods and can meet varying needs. You contribute to a positive work climate, find it easy to collaborate and communicate. You have your own drive to work independently. The tasks require flexibility and a structured approach.
Furthermore, you are a licensed physician with specialist competence in psychiatry. Good computer skills are required. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

The position is a permanent employment, full-time 40 hours/week. Start date possible from 2026-08-17 or according to agreement.

The position will be filled subject to the condition that it does not need to be taken for internal relocation, according to current regulations.
In patient-proximity work within the Stockholm County Council healthcare area:
- A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- Requires, in addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
